The Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) - The Client Reporting System - has been specifically designed to address all these critical business issues within a single integrated enterprise automated client reporting software solution. The VRS is a one stop web based client reporting application designed for high quality multi-lingual client reporting, extracting data from corporate databases and data files (including Excel and XML), applying client personalisation, formatting and branding and then delivering this in the most popular file formats (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, XML, Excel and CSV).

Both VRS reports and the VRS GUI can be multi-lingual with Western language support available now and Far-Eastern language support due in soon.

Individual report components can be in a variety of forms, including charts, tables, images and formatted text. Document formats include flow and non-flow page layouts as well as headers, footers, line-graphics, backgrounds and footnotes.

This is all managed by an integrated workflow service that ensures timely and accurate collation of information before being distributed to the appropriate channels. Using the web GUI, the Workflow will request action from resources throughout the enterprise, bringing the results together ready for sign off and delivery.

Report documents can be designed using drag and drop, and run as ad-hoc or scheduled events to complete at desired dates or frequencies. The workflow schedules ensure that tasks are requested and completed in sufficient time for each document to be generated and ready for distribution – whether to web, network printer or print-press. VRS will escalate tasks that are late and will keep management fully informed of progress.
