Vermilion Software is pleased to announce that, as of 1st January 2010, the company is now Incorporated in the United States of America.

In an effort to continue to deliver the highest level of client service and also provide a platform to support our sales growth, we felt it pertinent to further invest into our global strategy.

David Mead has been appointed Vice President of North America, and will head up sales operations in the region. Our next steps include opening a second office in the Boston area during the first quarter of 2010.

This is an important milestone for Vermilion and is testament to how far we have come since our inception in 2003.

Vermilion remains at the forefront of client communication and is looking forward to an extremely exciting year ahead.
